The prayer in the present Application is for disposal of the present Appeal in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 30.04.2026 [hereinafter referred to as the „MoS‟], filed along with the present Application as Annexure A-1.

Both the parties, through their respective counsel, submit that Appellant Nos.1 and 2 are no longer contesting the matter as they have already transferred their property in favour of Respondent No.3. 3.
Keeping in view the aforesaid position, the present Appeal is disposed of in terms of the MoS dated 30.04.2026, which is taken on record and marked as C-1.
