After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confines himself to seeking that the complaint dated 05.03.2025 filed by the petitioner before the Central Information Commission under Section 20 of the RTI Act, 2005, be considered and disposed of expeditiously. 2.

Accordingly, the respondent no.1/Central Information Commission is requested to decide the aforesaid complaint of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, within a period of 8 weeks from today. 3.

The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Pending application also stands disposed of.
