On being pointed out that though the issue raised in the Petition is of public importance and concerns raised therein appear to be serious, however, in view of the omnibus nature of the prayers, it will be difficult for the Court to adjudicate the issues, the Petitioner, who appears in-person seeks to withdraw the present Writ Petition with a liberty to file a fresh Public Interest Litigation Petition with specific details.

The Petition is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
