% 28.02.2020 This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the learned Family Court, Patiala House, New Delhi to expeditiously adjudicate on the petition being HMA No.67/2013, titled Neelam Kadyan va. Naveen Dalal. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of the order dated 29.01.2018 passed by this Court in CM(M) No.1051/2017 requesting the learned Family Court to expedite the hearing of the petition and to make an endeavour to decide the same within 18 months, the petition has only reached the stage of recording of evidence of the petitioner.

Having heard the submissions made, the learned Family Court is again requested to expedite the adjudication of the above petition and not grant any unnecessary adjournments to either party and an endeavour shall be made by the learned Family Court to decide the petition within six months from the next date of hearing fixed before it.
