The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that pursuant to the impugned order dated 06.02.2019, granting anticipatory bail to the Respondent nos. 2 & 3, the charge sheet has already been filed.

He submits that the accused/ Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 are not required for any custodial interrogation. 3.

It is pointed out that pursuant to the cognizance been taken by the learned Trial Court, the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 were admitted on regular bail on furnishing a bail bond for a sum of Rs. 25,000/-.
