Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties.

Having regard to the nature of the issues raised in the instant Writ Petition, we are of the opinion that the prayers can better be considered by the State Government. However, the Petitioner, before approaching this Court by filing the instant Public Interest Litigation Petition did not approach the State Government by way of making any representation or prayer for redressal of the grievances.

Accordingly, we dispose of the present Writ Petition with the liberty to the Petitioner to approach the State Government for redressal of the grievances raised in the instant Writ Petition. For the said purpose, he may make a representation within a fortnight from today giving all the details and taking all the pleas, which will be available to him and enclosing therein all the documents, on which he intends to rely.

Once any such representation is made, the same shall be attended to and considered by the competent authority of the State Government and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. appropriate decision thereon, which may be warranted under law may also be taken, with expedition.
