Criminal Leave Petition under Section 378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Appellant/Complainant, Om Dutt Sharma seeking Leave to Appeal against the Judgment dated 10.12.2018 vide which the learned M.M., orth District, Rohini, Delhi, has acquitted the Respondent/Accused, Ram Kumar Jha in Complaint Case No. 271/2016 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. 2.

Considering the grounds sought for seeking Leave to Appeal, the Leave Petition is allowed.
