This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers :- "a) Issue urgent appropriate writ, order, or direction to quash and set aside the Impugned Email dated 06.04.2026 (Annexure P-1) whereby, instead of granting extension to the Petitioner to submit his Relieving Letter from his employer, the Respondent NBEMS has arbitrarily directed the Petitioner to, inter-alia, submit his Resignation Letter from his employer for confirming his admission to the Sponsored Post MBBS DNB Seat for 2025 Academic Session; and/or b) Accordingly, issue an urgent appropriate writ, order, or direction to the Respondent NBEMS to forthwith grant 30 days extension of time to the Petitioner to submit his Relieving The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Letter from his employer for confirming his admission to the Sponsored Post MBBS DNB Seat for 2025 Academic Session; and/or c) Accordingly, issue an urgent appropriate writ, order, or direction to the Respondent NBEMS to refrain from demanding Resignation Letter of the Petitioner for confirming his admission to the Sponsored Post MBBS DNB Seat for 2025 Academic Session. ..."
