The present petition has been filed under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari, directing the respondent/Bank not to take any coercive action against the property of the petitioner which has been mortgaged by the husband to the bank. 2.

The matter is called out in the revised call. 3.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that account of the husband of the petitioner and the petitioner has been settled on 04.07.2025 with the Bank and closed thereafter. He submits that nothing further survives in the present petition.
