At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties inform that the matter has been amicably settled and in terms of the settlement, various petitions, including the suit in question would be withdrawn. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the above, does not press the present petition and seeks to withdraw the same. 3.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the settlement between the parties.
