This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking clarification of the order dated 10.02.2026 passed in the main petition and more particularly paragraph Nos. 6 and 7. 2.

Ms. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner, states that the paragraph Nos. 6 and 7 of the order dated 10.02.2026 show that the Court has granted legitimacy to the Ad-hoc Committee appointed on 13.10.2023, which was the ground of challenge in the petition. Additionally, she states in paragraph No. 7 of the said order the averments of Ms. Khanna, leaned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and 2, are incorrect.

Since the order has been passed and a Returning Officer has been appointed for conducting fresh elections, the Court has not commented on the validity of the Ad-hoc Committee or the suspension of the petitioner, and has only recorded the statements of the counsels of the respective parties.
