% 27.02.2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 21.02.2015 issued by the respondents denying entry to the petitioner in India.

The learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on an advance notice, on instructions, submits that the blacklisting order debarring the petitioner from entering into India has since expired and presently there is no embargo on the petitioner travelling to India. In view of the above statement, the petition stands satisfied and is disposed of.
