The instant application under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (earlier Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/applicant seeking the following relief:- "B. Change the Paragraph 12 of the Order dated 28.11.2024 in the instant proceedings to read as follows:

"Taking into consideration the peculiar circumstances of the present case where the parties have resolved their misunderstanding which led to the instant FIR and in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present petition is allowed. Accordingly, FIR bearing No. 123/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

registered at Police Station Amar Colony, Delhi, for offences punishable under Sections 376/ 506 of the IPC and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed." C. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perused the contents made in the instant application. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the non-applicants have no objection to the application being allowed.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in view of the no objection from the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the nonapplicants, the instant application is allowed. 5.

Paragraph 12 of the order dated 28th November, 2024 after correction would read as under:- "Taking into consideration the peculiar circumstances of the present case where the parties have resolved their misunderstanding which led to the instant FIR and in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present petition is allowed. Accordingly, FIR bearing No. 123/2023 registered at Police Station Amar Colony, Delhi, for offences punishable under Sections 376/506 of the IPC and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed." 6.

The names of following advocates shall be read as having appeared for the petitioner on 28th November, 2024:- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
