% 21.01.2020 The learned counsels for the parties submit that the dispute between the parties have settled in terms of the Agreement dated 16.01.2017 arrived at between the parties before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has handed over original documents and a Relinquishment Deed pertaining to property No. 64, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi ad measuring 75 sq. yd. to the respondent in terms of the settlement. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has handed over two Demand Drafts of sum totalling to Rs. 9,63,988/- to the petitioner in terms of the settlement dated 16.01.2017.
