Present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking directions to the Respondents to take appropriate action with respect to illegal construction being carried out on Plot No. 105 and 106, Khasra No. 548, Village Sultanpur, Delhi - 110030.

Learned counsel for the Respondent states that the property in question has already been booked on 22nd December, 2023 and further action is planned on 20th March, 2024.

A perusal of the paper book reveals that the Petitioner has filed representations before the Deputy Commissioner (Building), MCD South as well as the Executive Engineer (Building), MCD South on 01st November, 2023 which have not been disposed of till date. Consequently, this Court disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to the Executive Engineer (Building), MCD (South) to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 01st November, 2023 in accordance with law within four weeks.
