The present writ petition has been filed seeking grant of domestic electricity connection to the petitioners. It is stated that eight petitioners had purchased ten flats in the property bearing No.1596/13, out of Khasra No.93, situated at Govindpuri, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019 ('subject property') from one Sh. Rajveer Sharma in the year 2014. Since the said date, the petitioners have been in possession of the said flats in the subject property. Various representations have been made by the petitioner to the respondentBSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. ('BRPL') (at Annexure P-22). 2.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent-BRPL to inspect the subject property and thereupon pass a speaking order within four (4) weeks on the representations filed by petitioners.

Needless to state, if the petitioners have any further grievance, petitioners would be at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
