% 08.12.2015 Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that suit as well as counterclaim are valued less than `1 crore.

This Court has no pecuniary jurisdiction to deal with this suit as well as the counterclaim, in view of the notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015. Learned counsels submit that suit and the counterclaim be transferred to the District Judge (New Delhi District), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

Accordingly, the suit as well as the counterclaim are transferred to the District Judge (New Delhi District).

Files be sent to the Transferee Court forthwith. Parties shall appear
