1. Subsequent to the previous date of hearing i.e., 20th January, 2017, the development that has taken place is that the Arbitral Tribunal ('AT') has been constituted to adjudicate the disputes between the parties arising out of the agreement entered into between them in relation to the premises in question.

2. In that view of the matter, the Court directs that it will be open to the parties to seek appropriate remedies by filing an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the AT. If the AT is approached with an application in this regard by the Petitioner within the next one week, the AT will endeavour to dispose of it within a period of two months thereafter.
