% 30.09.2016 The Joint Registrar (Original) has submitted report dated 29.09.2016 pursuant to the directions in the order dated 27.09.2016 stating that the territorial jurisdiction over these two civil suits would vest in the district court of West district of Delhi at Tis Hazari Court complex. In this view of the matter, the directions contained in the CS(OS) 200/2013 & 2072/2014

order dated 02.09.2016 are modified. The suits are transferred to the court of District Judge (West) at Tis Hazari Court complex for further proceedings in accordance with law.
