The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks the following prayers:

"a.

Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ like nature directing the respondents to ensure the peaceful possession of his property namely 502/248, Measuring 2 Bighas 16 Biswas, situated at Village Jogabai, Tehsil Mehrauli, New Delhi, now known as Gali No. 7, Opposite Lai School, Jogabai Extension, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi and also ensuring that no boundaries are raised on his land in khasra No. 502/248, measuring 2 bighas 16 biswas, situated at village Jogabai, Tehsil Mehrauli, New Delhi, now known as Gali No. 7, Opposite Lai School, Jogabai Extension, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi;

b.

Directing the public respondents to ensure the removal of encroachment on his land done by the respondent No. 5 in 2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and the respondent No. 4 in 2024 and still proposing to raise the boundary with the kind directions of this Hon'ble Court as per directions given on 06.03.2025 in writ petition (Crl.) No. 255/2025 until a clear demarcation of the land in question is made; c.

Pass any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court may think fit to do complete justice in the case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate the appropriate proceedings before the Court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with law.
