At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the appellant states that the appellant has already undergone his entire sentence and has also made the part-payment of fine. He further, upon instructions from the appellant, who is present in the Court and is duly identified by the IO, states that having understood the consequences, the appellant does not wish to press the present appeal on merits. The appellant has handed over his gate-pass, which is taken on record.

The nominal roll of the appellant is on record, as per which the appellant was released on 11.06.2020, after completion of his sentence and payment of part-fine amount.
