% 01.12.2016 The suit has been listed by the Registry today for transfer to the District Courts, as the value of the suit for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction is less than Rs. 1 crore.

The suit property is situated at Palam Village, New Delhi, which falls within the jurisdiction of South-West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi. In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (South-West), Dwarka Courts, Delhi on 20th December, 2016 for further directions.

Registry is directed to send the complete record to the Ld. District Judge (South-West), Dwarka Courts, Delhi before the next date of hearing.
