By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioners seek quashing of the Private Complaint Case No.594/2021 pending before the leaned JMFC (Mahila Court), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi (learned Trial Court) in terms of the Settlement Deed dated 11.02.2026.

Considering the parties are seeking quashing of the said private complaint dated 27.09.2010 filed by the respondent against the petitioners and for which an appropriate application seeking withdrawal of the same has already been moved before the learned Trial Court on 12.02.2026, prima facie, in view of Section 280 of the BNSS, the learned Trial Court is requested to deal with the aforesaid application in accordance with law. 3.

As such, the present petition, alongwith the pending application, is disposed of.
