Learned counsel for Union of India states that the Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure has approved creation of 987 posts of Teachers having qualification of Special Educators (Pay Level 6/7) as approved by the Rehabilitation Council of India in Kendriya Vidyalayas. 2.

He further states that the Department of School Education and Literacy vide letter dated 5th July, 2024 has ordered for sanctioning of 987 posts of Special Educators (Pay Level 6/7) in Kendriya Vidyalayas. 3.

In view of the aforesaid development, the respondent no.1 is directed to frame Recruitment Rules and Conditions of Service as well as commence The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the process of Recruitment and Appointment of Special Educators forthwith. The said process is directed to be completed within six months. 4.
