This is an application seeking release of the amount of Rs.2,47,450/- alongwith interest accrued thereon, to the respondent in terms of the settlement agreement dated 20.03.2024 arrived at between the parties. 2.

The writ petition already stands disposed of in terms of the said settlement agreement. Clause 1 of the said settlement agreement clearly stipulates that the aforesaid amount alongwith accrued interest be released to the respondent.

In the circumstances, the present application is allowed. 4.

The amount of Rs.2,47,450/- lying deposited in the Registry of this court is directed to be released to the respondent, alongwith accrued interest, within a period of one week from today.
