The applicant seeks to be released on bail in case for offences under Sections 186/353/307/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act. Broadly speaking the allegation against the applicant is that he accompanied with one Manjeet, while they were fleeing after committing a murder and a police party tried to apprehend them, both of them whipped out pistols. It is only the applicant who fired at the police party. But Manjeet was apprehended before he could do so.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the trial court at appropriate stage. The Investigating Officer is directed to get the FSL report and the sanction under Arms Act expedited.
