The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 22.02.2019, passed by the District Magistrate, under Rule 22(3) of the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules,

2009 (hereafter 'the Rules'). The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, with the liberty to file an appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, under sub clause (4) of clause (3) of Rule 22 of the said Rules.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The pending application is disposed of.

If the appeal is filed within a period of one week, from today, the same would be considered uninfluenced by the question of delay. 7.
