Bail Application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Applicant for grant of interim bail for 06 months on account of treatment of Koch's (Miliary TB+TBM) ailment. 2.
It is submitted in the Application that the Applicant is facing trial in FIR No. 227/2020 under Sections 307/34 IPC read with Section 27 Arms Act, P.S. Wazirabad, Delhi.

The Applicant is suffering from serious ailments while lodged in Mandoli Jail No. 13, Delhi. The Applicant was granted Interim Bail on 20.12.2025 on medical grounds. He got admitted in GTB Hospital by jail authorities and was released from judicial custody on 23.12.2025. Subsequently, he was discharged from the hospital on 29.12.2025. 4.
As per the medical report dated 26.12.2025, the Applicant is suffering from Tuberculosis of Brain and Lungs, which signifies advanced Tuberculosis affecting multiple organs, including potential involvement of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the brain and lungs. A prayer is therefore, made that he be granted Interim Bail for a period of 06 months for medical treatment. 5.
Medical report had been received from the hospital from time to time. In the last Medical Report dated 23.05.2026, it has been stated that the patient is being reviewed in the RML Hospital and has been advised to continue Anti-Tubercular Treatment for one month, high protein diet, blood tests and has been referred to the DOTS Centre for medication. The scheduled visit to DOTS Centre, RML Hospital was fixed for 26.05.2026. He has been isolated and admitted in Mandoli Jail Hospital and is being provided with the advised medication.

The learned APP submits that the Applicant is being provided with adequate and appropriate treatment and is also being reviewed at RML Hospital.

There is no ground made out for grant of Interim Bail. Submissions heard and record perused.

It is evident from the medical reports which have been received from time to time before the learned Trial Court that proper medical treatment is being given to the Applicant. There are no extraneous circumstances shown which merit Interim Bail for 6 months.
