At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present petition. He, however, seeks liberty to approach learned Trial Court for seeking bail after the examination of mother of the victim.

Application is, accordingly, disposed of in aforesaid terms. 3.
Liberty, as prayed, is granted.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case and as and when any such application seeking bail is filed before the learned Trial Court, it would consider the same, in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to both the sides, without being prejudiced with the present order.
