W.P.(C) 4111/2024 has been filed with the following prayers: "a. To declare and issue an appropriate Writ, thereby quashing the illegally issued Letter bearing No. ITO/Ward-15(3) / Confd.

/2019-20/239 dated 26.02.2020 issued by the Respondent No.2; and, b. Direct the Respondents to inform the Petitioner whether any Look Out Circular, of any nature, has been issued against his or nor; and, c. Quash and set aside the Look-Out Circular, if any, opened against the Petitioner with respect to the Impugned Letter dated 26.02.2020 by the Respondents; and, d. Pass any other order or such further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."

W.P.(C) 4116/2024 has been filed with the following prayers: "a. To declare and issue an appropriate Writ, thereby quashing the illegally issued Letter bearing No. ITO/Ward-15(3) / Confd.

/2019-20/238 dated 26.02.2020 issued by the Respondent No.2; and, b. Direct the Respondents to inform the Petitioner whether any Look Out Circular, of any nature, has been issued against her or nor; and, c. Quash and set aside the Look-Out Circular, if any, opened against the Petitioner with respect to the Impugned Letter dated 26.02.2020 by the Respondents; and, d. Pass any other order or such further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."

On 18.03.2024, the learned Counsel for the Respondents was directed to take instructions.

Today, learned Counsel for the Respondents informs this Court that the Petitioners would be given No-Objection Certificate under Section 230(1A) for travelling abroad from 23.03.2024 to 31.03.2024 on giving an undertaking that all tax dues will be paid.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that as far as the Petitioner i.e., Mr. Pawan Mehra in W.P.(C) 4111/2024 is concerned, there are no tax dues payable as of today, and as far as Petitioner i.e., Romy Pawan Mehra in W.P.(C) 4116/2024 is concerned, a sum of Rs.7,29,889/- is due and payable.

The Petitioner i.e., Romy Pawan Mehra in W.P.(C) 4116/2024 is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.7,30,000/- against her tax dues within a period of three days. On deposit of the said amount, the Petitioners would be free to travel abroad on the aforesaid dates. 7.

In view of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioners to approach this Court again in case need so arises in future.
