% 04.03.2020 Petitioner is seeking protection from arrest in FIR No. 418/2019, registered at police station Kishangarh, South West, Delhi for the offences under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State submits that after observation of learned trial court in the order of 12th February, 2020, offence under Sections 376/377 IPC were added in the FIR in question. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh one with complete particulars.

The application stands dismissed as withdrawn accordingly, with liberty as prayed for.
