The instant writ petition has been filed challenging the Orders dated 08.01.2024, 17.10.2023 and 10.03.2024 debarring the Petitioner from bidding in the tenders.

Material on record discloses that the procedure that is to be followed by the Government entities before an Order imposing a punishment of debarment has not been followed.
