The present petition had been filed seeking direction to the respondent no.1-Life Insurance Corporation of India, as well as the respondent no.2Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, to release the assured amount under the LICI-CABF Group Term Insurance Scheme for member Chartered Accountants, which is due and payable to the petitioner, on account of death of the insured, i.e., husband of the petitioner, Late Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh. 2.

Today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the requisite amount has been released to the petitioner. Thus, the prayer made in the present petition, stands satisfied.
