The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.447/2015 registered under Sections 354/392/341/34 IPC at PS Civil Lines. Status report is on record. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 15.01.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has joined the investigation since then. On 03.12.2015 a call vide DD No.47PP was received regarding a quarrel. ASI Virender Kumar went to the spot. The complainant did not make statement. In the statement recorded on 04.12.2015, the complainant implicated the petitioner and his sisters Poonam Tyagi and Anju Tyagi. Later on, Anju Tyagi was BAIL APPLN. 95/2016
arrested and admitted to bail.

In the status report, the petitioner was disclosed to be involved in eight criminal cases. It is not informed as to whether the petitioner has been convicted in any such case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
