The accused/applicant seeks bail in case FIR No. 27/2024 of PS Bawana for offence under Section 21/25/29 of NDPS Act. The allegation against the accused/applicant is that from the bed inside one of the rooms of her house, 100 grams of heroin was recovered and from underneath the staircase of her house, 229 grams of heroin was recovered. 2.

Learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh along with certain additional documents.

The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
