Present petition seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail and also expunging/deleting certain observations made by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 16.02.2026, whereby it has observed that matter appears to be civil in nature.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that when revision petition was filed by the petitioner, learned Revisional Court had, categorically, observed that there was prima facie commission of offences punishable under Sections 447/448/453/506 IPC read with Section 120-B IPC. 3.

Learned Addl. P.P. for State/R-1 and learned counsel for respondent No. 2 appear on advance notice.

only prima facie and tentative in nature and these cannot be taken as final expression on the merits of the case.
