Perused order dated 05.05.2017 passed by learned ADJ-13 (Central) Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

In view of notification No. 27187/DHC/Original dated 24.11.2015 and observations made by learned ADJ in the order dated 05.05.2017, the instant matter stands transferred to North District at Rohini Courts, New Delhi.

Parties are directed to appear before Learned District & Sessions Judge (North District) at Rohini Courts, New Delhi on 02.08.2017 at 10:00AM.

The connected matter bearing CS (OS) No.236/2004 be also transferred alongwith the present case.
