O R D E R

% 27.02.2020 Present writ of habeas corpus has been filed by the petitionermother seeking production of her minor son-Master Jagdeep, aged about two years.

Mr.Hardeep, respondent no.3-petitioner's husband is personally present in Court along with the minor son-Master Jagdeep. We have spoken to the parties at length. At the moment, it is not possible to reconcile the differences between the parties. However, Mr.Hardeep-respondent no.3 has voluntarily handed back

the custody of minor son-Master Jagdeep to the petitioner. The petitioner has undertaken to this Court that Mr.Hardeeprespondent no.3 can meet the minor son-Master Jagdeep on every Saturday between 7.30 A.M. to 9.30 A.M. and on every Sunday between 12.00 P.M. to 4.00 P.M.

Both the parties undertake to this Court that they shall not file any criminal complaint against each other without taking leave of this Court.

The undertaking given by both the parties is accepted by this Court and they are held bound by the same.

The parties are given liberty to mention the matter in case of any difficulty.

Accordingly, the present criminal writ petition stands disposed of.
