Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying inter alia for directions to the respondents to pay him annual increments w.e.f. the year 2007, along with consequential arrears and benefits. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time on the maintainability of the present petition, learned counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the same while reserving the right of his client to seek review of the order passed by the Supreme Court in W.P.(C) 432/2016 age 1 of 2

CC No.19889/2013 and/or the Division Bench in W.P.(C) 259/2012. 3.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted.
