BAIL APPLN.584/2020 The present petition has been filed by petitioner/applicant for extension of interim bail for a period of three months i.e. 90 days in FIR No.117/2019 for offences punishable under Sections 21/25/29 NDPS Act registered at Police Station Special Cell (SB). Keeping in view aforesaid reasons stated in said petition, I hereby extend interim bail of petitioner for a period of two weeks. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to petitioner for aforesaid reason and after expiry of aforesaid period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail concerned.
