% 08.03.2016 IA No. 3154/2016 The present application has been filed by the plaintiffs for transfer of the case to the court of competent jurisdiction. I have perused the application, the value of the suit is Rs. 25 lakhs. Hence, the suit is liable to be transferred. The application is accordingly allowed.

IA stands disposed off accordingly.

CS(OS) 746/2002 In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, Delhi on 12th July, 2016 for further

directions.

Registry is directed to send the complete record to the Ld. District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, Delhi before the next date of hearing.
