This Letters Patent Appeal challenging an order dated 18.12.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge whereby Writ Petition being W.P.(C) 11634/2025 has been disposed of by the learned Single Judge observing that since the prayers made in the writ petition were extremely broad in nature, overreaching and in the nature of Public Interest Litigation ("PIL"), it would The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. be apposite for the Appellant to file the same as PIL for consideration by the Roster Bench.

If we peruse the prayers made in the writ petition, we find ourselves in complete agreement with the learned Single Judge. Accordingly, the Appeal is hereby dismissed. Pending Applications also stand disposed of. 4.
It is needless to observe that in terms of the order passed by the learned Single Judge, it is open to the Appellant to file the Petition with the same reliefs as a PIL.
