1. The prayer in the present petition is predominantly, to transfer the investigation in case FIR bearing No.182/2023 dated 06.02.2023 under Sections 420/467/468/471/448/120B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Narela to any other Police Station or an independent Investigating Agency.

Without going into the merits of the case and only to address the grievances of the petitioner and to ally all his apprehensions, let the investigation of case FIR bearing No.182/2023 dated 06.02.2023 under Sections 420/467/468/471/448/120B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Narela be transferred to DIU, Outer Delhi.
