The present petition has been filed seeking following relief : "i) To issue a Writ of Mandamus/ any suitable, directing to the respondent no.1 and 2 against Respondent No.3, to provide the necessary protection to the petitioner.

ii) To direct the respondent no.1 and 2 for taking legal action against the respondent no.3 in case of doing the illegal acts causing harms to the petitioner, in the interest of justice." 2.

Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of State submits that the complaints made by the petitioner shall be looked into by the concerned police station and necessary action will be taken in accordance with law.
