Though the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for an adjournment, I find that the order impugned in the present petition had merely adjourned the execution petition filed by the petitioner being Ex. Criminal no.60/2021, titled Nishi Gupta v. Ravi Gupta, to 16.04.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the said execution petition stands satisfied.

Without entering into the said controversy, as the order impugned is merely one of adjournment and that too was passed two years back, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous, leaving all questions open to be decided in appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.
