The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 assailing the order dated 12th February, 2026 passed by the learned Trial Court in case bearing No. CS(COMM) 485/2022, whereby the learned Trial Court has appointed a local commissioner for recording 0f the evidence.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the present petition. 4.

Keeping in view the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
