Though the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for an adjournment, I find that the order impugned in the present petition had merely adjourned the execution petition filed by the petitioner being Ex. Criminal no.198/2021 titled Nishi Gupta v. Ravi Gupta, to 16.04.2022.

As it is only against an adjournment that had been granted, which was also passed about two years back, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
