These contempt petitions have been filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 11th February 2025 in W.P. (C)1679/2025, W.P. (C) 1650/2025 and W.P. (C) 1620/2025. By the said Judgment, directions had been passed to Standing Screening Committee ('SSC') of the Central Industrial Security Force ('CISF') /respondent to consider the case of the petitioners' case within a period of four weeks and pass a reasoned and speaking order. 2.

These petitions have been moved, since four weeks have passed. 3.

Counsel for the CISF, along with Mr. Devesh Tripathi, Deputy Commandant (Legal), CISF, who is present in Court, states that the SSC has already taken a decision, which has been sent to the Director General of CISF for confirmation. The process is expected to be completed within three to four weeks.

The order of Director General shall be communicated to the petitioners forthwith. It is already noted, by order dated 11th February 2025, that if the decision is against the interest of the petitioners, they shall have the liberty to challenge it in accordance with the law. 5.

No further directions are required at this stage. Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of with the liberty to petitioners to approach this Court, in case the decision of the Director General is not communicated to the petitioners on or before 15th April 2025.
