Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition wherein the petitioner seeks to restrain the respondent No.3/SDMC from interfering with his squatting near a site at DDA Park, Road No. 3, Kalkaji Temple, while reserving the right of his client to approach the Town Vending Committee (TVC) for appropriate relief. 2.

Leave as prayed for is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending application. 3.

If the petitioner files an application along with the supporting documents to establish his claim for squatting at the site in question, the W.P.(C) 2529/2019

same shall be considered by the TVC after a survey of the area is conducted and an appropriate order shall be passed.
