W.P.(CRL) 751/2019 Mr.Rahul Mehra, Standing Counsel (Crl.) appearing on behalf of the State submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the petitioner /Usman @ Kale has been granted 2nd spell of current conviction year furlough for a period of two weeks vide communication dated 05.03.2019.
In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition.
